    How to use

    1. Prepare - Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages. Remove the cap from the spray bottle.
    2. Apply - Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press the pump firmly while breathing in gently through your nose.
    3. Repeat - Remove the nozzle and repeat the process in the other nostril. Wipe the nozzle clean with a tissue and replace the cap.
